The Wyoming County Planning Commission is a nine member board, appointed by the Wyoming County Commissionrs.  These appointments are based on Article II of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act 247.)  This Board has the powers and duties as outlined and as requested by the governing body.  It regulates subdivisions for 18 of the 23 municipalities in the County.  The Planning Commission meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at the Emergency Operations Center, 455 US Route 6 East, Tunkhannock PA at 7:30 PM.
