Mission Statement
The elected Treasurer records and deposits all moneys due to and received by the County. The department issues licenses for hunting, fishing, migratory bird, antlerless deer, and dog licenses. Also the department issues licenses for bingo, and small games of chance. Sportsmen firearm permits are also processed by the department.

Satellite agents for selling Wyoming County Dog Licenses are as follows;

• Bunker Hill Veterinary Hospital, Factoryville
• Centermoreland Deli and Grocery, Centermoreland
• Agway, Tunkhannock

To order your dog license by mail:

1. Download and print the below application.
2. Complete all information on the Dog License Application.  If your address is a PO Box, please include your street name.
3. Make your check or money order payable to: Wyoming County Treasurer
4. Must have signature of owner on application
5. Mail to:
